Resident advisor and hall director applications for the 2025-26 academic year
Applicants should be mature, emotionally intelligent individuals, capable of handling responsibility, have demonstrated academic ability, and want to have the opportunity to impact a small community within our vast campus! Serving as a resident advisor (RA) or hall director (HD) at Bluffton University can be one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of your college career. RAs return to campus early in August for pre-season training. This training is designed to prepare you for the year ahead. Staff training continues throughout the year so you can further develop your skills. The residence life staff serve as resources for residents and help when a crisis may occur.
