Beaver Tail-Gating
Are you ready for some Beaver Football Tail-Gating? We’ve got the tents and tables. You bring the food, family, friends and fun!
Rent a tailgating area for games on Sept. 21 and/or Oct. 5, 2024. Cost is $60 for
both games, $35 for a single game. Tents and a parking space for one vehicle will
be set up along the perimeter of the parking lot next to Salzman Stadium. Mingle with
students as they tail-gate with cornhole, music and other student life activities
in the parking lot.

There are nine tailgating spaces available, which will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Payment may be made by check or credit/debit.

Tail-gate area open 4:30-10 p.m. - Oct. 5 Homecoming game vs. Anderson
Kick off at 1:30 p.m.
Tail-gate area open 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Beaver Tail-gating expectations
To ensure a fun and enjoyable tail-gating experience, we ask that all participants be respectful of one another and the opposing fans.
- Pets are not permitted within the tail-gate area or stadium, with the exception of service animals.
- RVs/oversized vehicles are not allowed in the Beaver Tail-Gating lot.
- Electricity is not available.
- Tail-gate tents will be open to the public if spaces remain one hour prior to game time. If you are not utilizing your space before this time, your spot may be forfeited.
- In compliance with university policy, alcohol is not permitted on campus. Intoxication
or behaviors indicative of intoxication are violations of university policy regardless
of age. Open containers, kegs and pony-kegs are not permitted in the tail-gate area
- Violations of the alcohol policy by students and non-students will result in the immediate confiscation of alcohol, expulsion from the tail-gate area and campus. Student violations will be reported to the campus conduct system
- Due to the demand of Beaver Tail-Gating spots, you are expected to use your reserved
space. If you reserve tents for both games and miss the first game, your spot for
the will be forfeited to the next person on the waitlist for the remaining game.
- We encourage you to share your spot with friends or other student parents, especially if you are not able to use it yourself.
- If you know you will not be able to use the spot for the first week and cannot find someone else to use it, let us know by Wednesday of that week and there will be no penalty.
- Questions regarding tail-gate policies can be referred to the vice president of student affairs and athletics.
