Natural & Applied Science scholarship

$3,000 renewable scholarship

You may qualify for a renewable $3,000 natural and applied science scholarship if you major in biology, chemistry, communication sciences and disorders, electrical engineering, environmental science, food and nutrition–business, food and nutrition–wellness, mathematics, mathematics with AYA licensure, medical laboratory science, nutrition and dietetics, physics, pre-chiropractic, pre-dentistry, pre-engineering, pre-medicine, pre-occupational therapy, pre-optometry, pre-physical therapy or pre-podiatry.

Pre-physical therapy class

Requirements:

Applied and admitted to Bluffton University
High school GPA of 3.4
Minimum 26 ACT/1240 SAT composite score.
- ACT super scores are not accepted
High school classes preferred:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics (optional for dietetics)
- Four years of high school math, including pre-calculus, and/or qualify for Calculus 1 in the mathematics placement test

NAS Application

Please apply if you believe you qualify for the Natural & Applied Sciences Scholarship. To be considered for this scholarship, you must apply by Feb. 1.

Mathematics is the only AYA program eligible to apply for the NAS.
