Seeking Peace: Lessons from MCC’s History
Eric Kurtz, executive director, Mennonite Central Committee Great Lakes, will provide the Forum, “Seeking Peace in Challenging Times: Lessons for Today from Mennonite Central Committee’s History,” at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, in Yoder Recital Hall.
During the presentation, Mennonite Central Committee’s regional director will explore how Anabaptist put faith into action through storytelling from the organization’s beginnings in Ukraine to its 75-year presence in Israel/Palestine to work in 45 countries at present.
This event is free and open to the public. Forum at Bluffton University provides a public space for interdisciplinary discovery about the personal, local and global challenges faced by students, faculty, staff and the Bluffton community.
