Spiritual Life Week

Rev. Matthew Yoder, pastor of Grace Mennonite Church, Pandora, Ohio, will present the Spiritual Life Week Forum, “Privilege, Marginalization and Paul’s Subversive ‘Of’”, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, in Yoder Recital Hall. During the event, Yoder will explore the Apostle Paul’s use of military imagery.
Yoder will also share a message at Chapel at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, in Marbeck Center’s Bob’s Place.
Both events are free and open to the public.
At Bluffton, one week each semester is designated as Spiritual Life Week, a special time for focusing on Christian life. Students play a major role in planning activities during the week that help strengthen growth and faithfulness in their relationship with God. The week includes a guest speaker and special times of worship. The theme for this fall’s Spiritual Life Week is “Put on the Armor of God.”
