Welcome Weekend and 60 in 6
New Bluffton students make new friends at the Bluffton Olympics, Block Party with the ever-popular Slip 'n Slide down Bren-Dell hill and the Party at the (Nature) Preserve in your first weekend on campus. Then 60 additional events, from spiritual life, intramurals, clubs and more, are planned in the first six weeks of class.
Marbeck Activities Council (MAC) Traditions
MAC organizes many events throughout the school year, ranging from weekly MAD (Marbeck After Dark) and Thursday Night Spotlight, to special events such as Dam Jam, Finals Breakfast, Lil Sibs Weekend and the Riley Creek Festival.
Athletics and intramurals
Athletics is big on Bluffton’s campus. Compete on a varsity or intramural team, cheer the Beavers to victory, tailgate or make your own fun with Tennis Ball Golf (a game developed on Bluffton’s campus in the 1990s.)
Service and spiritual life
With a faith community representing nearly 30 different Christian denominations, grow in your faith through voluntary chapel services, Spiritual Life Week, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, P.E.A.C.E. Club, SERVE and more.
Performance and Fine Arts
Performance opportunities are open to students of all majors. You could be singing in Handel’s Messiah alongside professors and community members, performing in the concert band, theatre production or as a Bluffton mascot.
