Resident Advisor Application & Selection Process

We are looking for resident advisors for the 2013-14 academic year. Applicants should be mature individuals, capable of handling responsibility, have demonstrated academic ability and want to have the opportunity to impact a smaller community within our larger campus!

Serving as a resident advisor (RA) at Bluffton University can be one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of your college career! An RA is responsible for a floor of residents and reports directly to a hall director. The rewards for the position are: new relationships...helping people...Leadership Development Program activities...support of a great staff...learn leadership skills...test problem solving abilities...be an encourager...learn time management...become a role model...paycheck...single room... and the list goes on.

RAs return to campus early in August for pre-season training. This training is designed to prepare you for the year ahead.
