Cross Cultural Housing Needs

Thank you for taking the time to complete the following form. This information will be helpful in residence life's planning process for break and cross cultural trip housing. Please remember the following information:

Cross Cultural Housing

  1. Complete the form.
  2. Schedule a time to check-out with your RA or HD.
  3. Take all of your belongings home. There is no storage in the residence halls while you are away.
  4. Sign all necessary paperwork to complete your check-out.
