Living on campus

Join a community built on discovery, community, respect and service

At Bluffton University, most students live on our beautiful campus, which creates a close-knit residential atmosphere.

Students are constantly interacting and learning from one another in our residence halls, and, at the same time, building lifelong friendships. We do not have any first-year only halls, so upperclass students can share their experiences and discoveries with newer students.

Advice and guidance are available from trained student resident advisors, hall directors and hall chaplains. Resident advisors live on each floor, while hall directors and hall chaplains are assigned to the overall hall.

We also emphasize the out-of-classroom experience where students living on campus can join in lots of fun activities such as pizza parties, intramural sports, trips, picnics, dances, movies and more – all organized through the residence hall.

Bren Dell has become a home in which I have a huge family and support system that helps me on good days and bad.
