Jessica Good named first team All-HCAC

Three Beavers earn All-Heartland Conference honors for play on field

BLUFFTON, Ohio – Freshman Jessica Good (Lima/Elida) and sophomores Elyse Burckhart (Telford, Pa. /Souderton) and Allison White (Lima/Shawnee) have been named All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference in women’s soccer for the 2006 season.

In her first year as a Beaver, Good, a defender, knocked in one goal on 17 shots. She started all 17 games for the Beavers and tallied two assists for a total of four points on the season which earned her a spot on the HCAC first team.
Sophomore Allison White earned second team All-HCAC honors for the second consecutive year. As a midfielder, she tallied four goals for eight points. White started all 17 games for the Beavers and compiled a shot on goal percentage of .438 on the season.

A sophomore midfielder, Burckhart led the team in goals with a total of five. She stayed on target with a shot on goal percentage of .750. To round out her successful season, Burckhart tallied one assist for a total of 11 points to make second team All-HCAC.
