    BLUFFTON, OHIO – In a chilly and wet Tuesday afternoon game, the Bluffton College men’s soccer team (4-8-1, 0-3 HCAC) tied Hiram 0-0 in double overtime.
 
    The contest is the second game in a row that the Beavers have played into the second overtime period. Last Saturday Bluffton played HCAC foe Anderson and lost in the final minutes of the second overtime period.

     Dan Hershberger, Justin Rohrer and Jon Lindow posted three shots each for Bluffton. Goalkeeper Ryan Thomas seven saves at goal for the Beavers. Bluffton will taken a week off and be back in action on October 24 when they travel to Thomas More for a mens/womens doubleheader. The women play at 2 p.m. and the men play at 4 p.m.
