Beavers compete at NCAA Regional Meet in Wilmington

On November 12, the Bluffton men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Wilmington College for the NCAA regional cross country meet. The women placed 26th out of 31 teams, while the men ended up 30th out of 34 teams.
Leading the way for the women was sophomore Sarah Humphrey (Upper Sandusky/Upper Sandusky) who finished 69th completing the 6k race in 23:21.9. Senior Jen Creamer (Westerville/Westerville South) ran the last race of her collegiate career, placing 101st with a time of 23:54.
The men were once again led by senior Dan Rosebrock (Napleon/Napleon) who finished the 8k in 27:22.9, good for 113th. Sophomore Hilary Shilasio (Eldoret, Kenya) was the next Beaver to finish, placing 139th with a time of 27:47.0.
This concludes the Beaver's 2005 cross country season.
