Dear members of the Bluffton community,

The Presidential Search Committee met Thursday, Dec. 7, to review early progress and to affirm a schedule for the next several weeks. They began the actual review of candidate papers and discussed evaluation parameters that will help focus on the desired attributes of Bluffton's next president. They will use these parameters in assessing applicants for the presidency in the weeks ahead. The search profile continues to be available for your review.

Personal contacts and connections are very important to the search process. Please suggest people who might be attractive to Bluffton. Contact consultant, Tom Courtice, at with names and additional contact information related to any potential candidates.
