Mathematics workshops
Duane Bollenbacher's 25th Annual Summer Mathematics Workshops
For each 3-day workshop credit may be earned for
- 22.5 contact hours for LPDC credit Cost $125
- or 1 semester hour graduate workshop credit (pass/fail) Cost $275
Membership in the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics is required to attend these workshops. Annual OCTM membership fee is $25 and may be paid with the workshop(s) fee.
Classes are held 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. daily. Lunches are included. Housing and other meals are available.
Summer 2013 courses
Summer mathematics workshop courses are open to anyone, but any two of them may be
used to help an intervention specialist become an officially Highly Qualified Teacher
(HQT) in mathematics content.
- HQT Certification for Intervention Specialist in Mathematics Content
- This is a repeat from summers 2008-12.

- (If you are already an Intervention Specialist, this class, plus one other, will certify you to become HQT in Mathematics Content)
