Bluffton's MBA consists of a balance of leadership practice oriented courses and technically oriented courses. Taking specialized elective classes will lead to an MBA with a health care management concentration or a health care management certificate for those who already hold an MBA.
- Bluffton's MBA is offered in three convenient locations – Bluffton, Edison Community College in Piqua, Ohio, and Northwest State Community College in Archbold, Ohio.
- Students can complete a Master of Business Administration in just two years, attending class just one night a week.

Alumni comments
"My undergraduate degree is in social work and I had ambitions of becoming a licensed nursing home administrator. Knowing that I had a limited knowledge of business I believed that before making the career change it was important for me to enroll in a program that would advance my business knowledge.
The past two years have challenged me to grow as an individual and it gave me the confidence to embark on my career path of choice before the program ended. I am happy to share that I have gained employment with Peregrine Health Services as the administrator of Parkview Nursing Center in Edgerton, Ohio. My experience at Bluffton University has given me confidence and prepared me for the challenges that lie ahead. "
