Our giving community

 

President’s Society members are leaders in supporting Bluffton's transforming mission. They keep up-to-date on the university, know our hopes and dreams and contribute sustaining financial support to the university's academic programs. They are part of the inner circle at Bluffton, receiving direct contact from President James M. Harder several times each year. Members receive a special invitation to the annual President's Society dinner each fall where they are recognized for their contributions.

Membership is open to all individuals and organizations whose continued annual support amounts to $1,000 or more during the fiscal year (July 1-June 30). Individual members receive credit for any matching gift money from their employer and membership may be held jointly by spouses. There are five levels of membership:

Executives Club $25,000 or more
Directors Club $10,000-$24,999
Ambassadors Club $5,000-$9,999
Sponsors Club $2,500-$4,999
Associates Club $1,000-$2,499

For recent graduates:
     After 5th reunion through 10th reunion
     Up to 5th reunion

Noah C. Hirschy Society: Members of the Noah C. Hirschy Society have made commitments to Bluffton's long-term future by naming the university in their will or as the ultimate beneficiary of a planned gift.

Heritage Society recognizes those individuals whose on-going support of Bluffton has made them important  partners in the university's mission. Individuals become members of the Heritage Society when their total gifts to Bluffton reach $25,000 or more. There are five levels of Heritage Society membership:

Founders Club $1 million or more
Patrons Club $500,000-$999,999
Partners $250,000-$499,999
Builders Club $100,000-$249,999
Benefactors Club $25,000-$99,999

Committed to academic excellence and innovation, the faculty shows genuine interest in the well-being of the students. As a result of their education, students continue the Bluffton spirit of service and responsibility.
