Dr. Peter Terry's composition, "Black Mast," has landed on the required list for concert band competitions in Florida.

"You do a lot of networking as a composer; you hope it snowballs," he says. One successful piece led to another and, before he knew it, his publisher informed him that the Florida Bandmasters Association had chosen his piece for the Florida State Band required list. <<<more
