	Erica Weston '09 Business administration major During her cross-cultural experience in Bolivia, Erica Weston, a business major from Cleveland, Ohio, began to seriously consider a path that was more focused on impacting others. “Instead of my path being all about me; ‘my degree, my career;’ my path changed to ‘my degree enabling me to help others.’”
