Bluffton loses to undefeated Transylvania

BLUFFTON, OHIO - The Bluffton College men's tennis team (5-4, 3-2 HCAC) were defeated by a tough Transylvania University team by a final score of 7-2 on Thursday.
Seniors Kyle Sprunger (Berne, Ind./South Adams) and Brad Boyles (Berne, Ind/South Adams) were victorious at the #2 doubles position, which increased their record to 9-0 on the year. Senior Dan Wott (Fremont/Clyde) picked up the remaining win for the Beavers as he won his #3 singles match 1-6, 6-2, (16-14).
The Beavers will be back into action Saturday in a Heartland Conference three-way match against Franklin and Manchester. The match will be played at Manchester and is scheduled to start at 11 am.
