The Bluffton College women's tennis team finished 6th out of seven schools at the HCAC tennis tournament this past weekend, hosted by The College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati.
The highlight of the tournament for Bluffton came from Jessica Culley who finished 5th in #4 singles. Nikki Phillips won one match, as did the doubles tandem of Culley and Kelly Steiber. Amy Boley, Kathy Bumbaugh and Steiber both suffered first round defeats in singles action.
The Beavers ended the tournament with 16 total points. The Bluffton College women's tennis team ended the year with a 2-9 overall record. The Beavers improve by 2 games since last season when they were 0-10. The Beavers also placed 6th in last year's tournament.
