Senior Chris Harney (Medina) uncorked two goals last Wednesday to lead Bluffton College over visiting Thomas More College 2-1. Goalkeeper Anna Steiner (Bluffton) recorded six saves to preserve the victory as the Beavers now see their record stand at 3-3 on the season.

Sophomore Natalie Anderson (Bluffton/Cory-Rawson) dished out an assist to Harney for one of her goals in the Thomas More match.

Bluffton traveled to Hanover College on Saturday for their first Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference match of the season. The Beavers put up a terrific battle but dropped the game in double overtime 1-0.

BC was to have played Ohio Northern University on Wednesday and will be in action on Saturday against Franklin College with a noon start time.
